Our Investing Model
At Creativedrop we are dedicated to bringing you the most value out of your investment. Our job is to find good investment property for you, whether that is a brand new land development or a fixer property. We will show you the potential returns on a property through a detailed investor’s packet. After that, We will take on the ground work from collaborating you with other fellow investors, land purchasing, land acquisition, design, coordination between engineering consultants, plan check, construction all the way to selling the property. As an investor all you need to do is pay your share and wait for your return. The reason we can offer generous returns is that our model separates funds between services and profit. We charge the project for the architectural design and construction services we render. Only 5% of the net project profit goes to us, the remaining 95% of the net profit all goes to the investors. With this model, we are granting investors the opportunity to work with competent architects and builders for less. This investing model is built on transparency, competitive bidding will be adapted for sub-contractors to assure construction is done at the most affordable cost. Project cost to budget reports will be presented to investors periodically. By being on the same team, we are eliminating any conflict of interest between investors and builders.
